About Me

I'm a computational biologist and geneticist with a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford. My work sits at the intersection of genetics, drug discovery, and machine learning: building production ML systems, data platforms, and analytical tools that help scientists make faster, more confident decisions.

I'm currently Senior Director of Target Discovery and R&D Systems at Empirico, where I lead an interdisciplinary team identifying novel targets using human genetics and applying ML to RNA therapeutic discovery. I'm also co-founder of Gene2Rx, a pharmacogenetics service that converts consumer genotype data into actionable drug-gene reports.

Outside of work, I play with my kids, build apps, games, and whatever else seems worth making.
